APRIL 30 - MAY 6 WORKOUTS

Used a rep scheme this week going from low reps, heavy weights to high reps, lower weights using the same exercises for 3 workouts this week. The final workout was more of a crossfire type of workout with total body large superset work. Works power, strength, and endurance throughout the weak putting an immense amount of stress on your muscles and optimizing the strength and muscle increases.
