High volume today. Lots of reps. Hitting all the heads of the deltoids; anterior, lateral, rear, and also some upper traps. Most of this is straight forward, biggest pointer is just for the Wide Barbell Shrugs, stand tall to the hips and then a slight lean forward so it's hitting your upper traps and not all in your levator scapulae.
