And start light, very light for the Offset Barbell Lunges. These are fucking tough. You need to pull with your lats on the side opposite the weight and keep you core insanely rigid. Go slow, one leg at a time. Do not allow the barbell to tilt keep it centered on your back and parallel to the floor. Good Luck!
