Lots of Leg work today. Did a big warm-up with lots of reps as my legs were very slow to get going today. Added bands on the Good Mornings and utilized them for Russian Lean as I haven't had performed that in years and needed some assistance, I'll be back to hitting them without bands in 4 weeks, that's my goal.
I used contrast with heavy squats and explosive tuck jumps which feels great. Drop that weight off your back and then jumping without it really get that nervous system firing and is very taxing cardio! Try your best to keep the top of the Kettlebell at the bottom of your chin to ensure your upper back stays engaged when doing the Goblet Squats and Goblet Bulgarian Split Squats.
Finish with a real burner on the sleds. Every Minute On Minute do a 20 yard Sled Sprint, rest the remainder of the minute. Complete 10 in 10 minutes!
