SLEDS AND CARDIO
Snowing outside so did alot of sled work today. Warmed up with rowing and shuttle sprints. Then a circuit of agility ladder, speed sled and rope slams. Then my favorite part of this workout, power pushes and pulls. Lastly, I did some reverse sled walks combined with sprints. Heavy in reverse and then exploded for a forward sprint to finish. Power, explosion, and some change of direction all covered in this workout.
