ARMS AND ABS
What do you do after Leg Day? Why start with some legs of course lol. So we get the body firing with some Rowing, KB Swings, and Front Squats then dive into 2 trisets of biceps, triceps, and abs and a superset of just arms. I altered what I originally planned as my elbow was acting up during triceps, add some press downs and close grip bench if you're feeling up to it. Finished with some battle rope tabata. Get after it, it's Hump Day!
