Grab your stopwatch, all exercises today are timed. The 2nd circuit is completed by doing 2 nonstop rounds without rest, then rest 30 seconds before completing 2 more nonstop rounds. The last circuit is nonstop 4 minutes of sprinting in place and isolation squat. Fucking get after it!
